[273/365] Vincent, Limelight Market, Manhattan, New York, New York, USA

Talk about random. The Limelight Market is a collection of shops housed in what used to be a church. In 1975, it became deconsecrated and was sold to another organization because of the merging of some other churches in the area. From the outside, you would have no idea that there was shopping inside. Before it was these shops, it used to be the site of a night club as well. It was cool, but also a little weird. Anyway, this is my friend, Vincent, inside the market.

[271/365] Empire State Building View from the Me Bar, Manhattan, New York, New York, USA

From atop the 14th floor of the La Quinta Inn's Me Bar is this spectacular view of the Empire State Building! The top of the building was lit up white and blue in honor of Chanukah!

[270/365] Walking through Central Park, Manhattan, New York, New York, USA

We left the Museum of Natural History and decided to walk through Central Park to get to the east side of town. Somehow it got dark really quick, or maybe we just made too many stops to take pictures. Anyway, at this point, we were nearing the exit. Good thing because I wouldn't want to be in Central Park too late!

[268/365] Chairs, High Line Park, Manhattan, New York, New York, USA

[267/365] Christmas Market, Manhattan, New York, New York, USA

My first Christmas Market experience was 2 years ago in Europe. Ever since then, I've loved going to them! Each booth sells all kinds of items from jewelry to artwork to clothing. In addition, there's always a food section that sells a variety of items - sausages, hot chocolate, pastries, etc. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

[266/365] Buildings, Manhattan, New York, New York, USA

New York city is full of fascinating architecture. As we walked through Highline Park, we passed by many buildings on both sides of us.

[265/265] Electricity Set-Up, Christmas Tree, Chelsea Market, Manhattan, New York, New York, USA

This was the set-up to power the lights for a moderate sized tree in Chelsea Market. Can you imagine what it takes to power the huge tree at Rockefeller Center?!

[264/365] Reflection of the Skyscrapers, Central Park, Manhattan, New York, New York, USA

Lovely view of skyscrapers as we strolled through Central Park!
