My cousin, Amanda, brought up the idea of cooking jambalaya, and I thought of this tater tot casserole that I had seen pictures of in her food album. We layered the tray with chili and hot dog slices, topped it with extra crispy tater tots and covered it with cheese. Baked it in the oven and there you go. Yummm! =P
