The skies were blue and the temperature was mild, making for a great day for a 7 mile roundtrip hike up to San Vicente Peak in the Santa Monica mountains. The trailhead was nestled in a Brentwood community. At the top of the mountain were picnic tables and an old nike missile site and views stretching out to Century City, Downtown LA, and the Santa Monica Beach.
